Job description

Sales Executive
Our client is using technology to revolutionise the way in which salons and beauty businesses manage and engage with their clients! They need an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the Midlands team and generate sales whilst positively showcasing the company product.
Responsibilities for this role:
Utilising calls, emails and visits to generate a lead database
Liaising with salon and onboarding team to set up accounts and organise export/import of relevant client data
Converting people into active users, encouraging a new way of working
Qualifying all leads to identify if the company product fits the needs of the client
Utilising your company knowledge to showcase how the product can address particular business needs
Communicating customer needs regarding features, product design and competitor behaviour
Managing lead pipeline and balancing sales funnel to deliver consistent sales results
Candidate requirements:
Previous sales/recruitment experience is preferable, industry knowledge isn’t essential
A confident self-starter, capable of opening doors and delivering results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Resilient, proactive, with a strong interest in digital products
Flexible approach to work and hours as this will be a field based role
Clean driving licence and access to own car
Strong organisational skills
Experience in changing mindsets and objection handling would be highly advantageous
