National Sales Manager

Job description

Veblen International are excited to begin the search for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our client – a specialist company that specialises in providing effective non-surgical facial and body sculpting treatments. This position involves managing and developing a team of field based Regional Sales Managers, ensuring targets are met and company sales are in line with the sales plan.
Other responsibilities include:
Monitoring and managing through the CRM sales module to ensure sales calls, visits, follow ups and progression KPIs are met
Encouraging a structure of support and business development to ensure customer satisfaction
Increasing the client base by identifying new business opportunities
Developing a deep understanding of company equipment and services
Conducting monthly business performance reviews with sales team members
Following up on all quote requests received via the website, social media, promotions and trade shows
Providing monthly reports to senior management, including total sales vs. budget, feedback and performance vs. KPIs
Candidate requirements:
Solid capital equipment sales experience, including some experience with national capacity
Previous experience managing a successful field based sales team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Sales skills, experience on a B2B level
Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and to meet objectives
Confident using MS Office applications, Zoho CRM skills would be beneficial
Strong presentation skills, able to work with a variety of audiences
