International Sales Executive

Salary: £18,000-22,000 + Commission + Pension + 20 days + Public Holidays (8 days) + Perk box (Phone insurance, discount on restaurants etc)

Office Based: Bournemouth

The Requirements of International Sales Executive:

• 1 year sales experience within a Distribution/wholesale environment.
• 2+ years’ administration experience
• Fluent English to business level, and ideally at least one different language, also to business level
• Must have the drive and confidence to make customer calls, reaching out to new customers and
establishing new leads and relationships
• Can travel 30% of the time around the world - all expenses paid
• A can-do attitude
• Impeccable organisation and communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner, good vocabulary and literacy skills
• Ability to act on initiative & solve problems quickly and calmly
• A genuine interest in travelling and dealing with different cultures
• Confidence in using MS Office
• Sociable with a good sense of humour and who will always go the extra mile!

The Role of International Sales Executive:

• Provide efficient and timely day to day order dispatch to customers (including dispatch of back orders)
from different channels, delivering outstanding customer service
• Ensure that the size and number of accounts grow identifying opportunities to upsell, increase basket
size and AOV (average order value), frequency and range of orders from all incoming orders and
enquiries
• Ensure that all queries and new customers are contacted
• Ensure all targets are consistently achieved through a combination of new incoming orders and
accounts and reactivation of dormant accounts
• Provide clear feedback where we are missing sales opportunities, helping to improve the customer
journey all round
• Maintain and accurately update all customer sales related information on the database
• Attend trade shows as required and exceed show sales targets
• Maximise flash sales and promotions, and clear stock quickly in line with business needs
• Manage a varied, challenging workload and complete any other duties as requested by the Manager
• Attend to customers visitations
