Based in West Midlands the role involves, managing customer portfolios and relationships, taking charge of the full process flow and supporting the Customer Services and Despatch Manager.
a) To ensure that all tasks within the Customer Services Department are carried out in a safe manner as set out in relevant procedures. To understand and comply with Health & Safety at Work regulations always.
b) To work in line with the Company’s quality system.
c) challenge process efficiency and quality with a view to implementing continuous improvement
a) You must be professional in your attitude to the job and in the manner with which you conduct your duties. Professional communication is essential across all levels of the business both internally and externally.
b) You will be expected to represent the Company in discussion with customers both on site at Redditch and external visits as required.
