Business Development Manager

Location: South – Ideal location would be near Gatwick Airport

Basic Salary Circa: £28,000-£32,000 + Generous OTE + 20 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays) + Additional Day for each year up to 25 Days + Company Car + Fuel Card + iPhone + iPad + Cash Float for Travel + Lunch Allowance + Product Allowance + Uniforms + One Admin Day

The Requirements:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Sales & Retail experience within the beauty, skincare, tanning or similar luxury professional beauty product range
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• You must demonstrate the ability to deliver, sales, profit and market share objectives nationally within luxury salons, spas and high end retail pharmacies
• Be tenacious in their sales approach in order to generate revenue and grow existing business whilst always scoping new business to introduce the brands

The Position:

• You will have the ability to create and maintain strong professional relationships within the existing salon & spa partners
• To meet all sell in targets
• Set and host events in sites as required and meet sell through targets
• You will be responsible for strategic development of existing partners and research, qualifying, presenting and winning New Business accounts in line with the company Brand Standards and set objectives
• You will be managing 53 accounts across the South of England
• Ensure strategic research is carried out in all areas of New Business from; Hotel, Health & Fitness and Day Spa taking into consideration the Brands position
• To manage accounts, stock levels, develop sell through figures, visual merchandising and setting promotions
• Prepare and participate in all Sales Meetings
• Represent the brand at trade shows, corporate presentations and on sales visits to network and conduct market research
• Negotiate with stake holders regarding New Business to conclude a successful partnership as well as developing and presenting quotes and proposals new business opportunities
• Work alongside a trainer to organise training days for your new & existing customers

• My client is a natural beauty skincare brand – who are a market leader in the luxury professional skincare sector, specialising in anti-ageing, skincare, body care, fragrance and masks
• They offer high end products to go alongside their treatments using au-naturale products is active in toxicology and ecology
• Founded in the early 90’s in France in a vineyard and has developed along the years to one of the most luxurious natural brands
