The New Beauty Path to Purchase
Google will share their research conducted in partnership with Kantar TNS, which digs into and reveals the online and offline beauty consumer journey today and how brands can best partner with the consumer along it. We will discuss how the beauty consumer discovers brands today, the new points of influence to purchase and the role of the digital channels.
This research is focussed on the 'new behaviours' developed as consumers explore and evaluate beauty purchase decisions. It uses a behavioural science approach to update our model of consumer decision-making, casting new light on the role of brand loyalty and identifying the varying impacts of different marketing levers on a consumer's decision.
Google will share how you as a brand, no matter the size of your marketing budget, can increase awareness and drive preference at every stage of the consumer journey.
