CEW (UK) -Sponsorship Opportunities

As a non-profit trade organisation, CEW (UK) depends on private funding of its many events and programmes. CEW offers sponsors unsurpassed women's marketing and promotional opportunities, with direct access to the beauty industry's most influential audience, our members, and other high-level attendees.

Achiever Awards
Voted on annually by the Board of CEW (UK), the Achiever Awards were created to acknowledge women who have contributed significantly to both the growth of the beauty industry and the advancement of women. The following Awards are made each year:

LIFETIME ACHIEVER: Past recipients have been Mary Quant, Evelyn Lauder, Vivienne Westwood, Barbara Hulanicky, Twiggy, Diane Von Furstenberg, Caroline Herrera and Lucia van der Post.

ACHIEVER AWARD :  (4 awarded each year) Past recipients have included Glenda Bailey, Barbara Daly, Nicky Kinnaird, Jo Fairley, Liz Earle, Eileen Cavalier, Susan Harmsworth, Chrissie Rucker, Susan Taylor, Leslie Kenton, Marigay McKee, Marcia Kilgore, Jo Malone, Kathy Phillips, Judy Naake, Daniela Rinaldi, Eve Lom, Sue Peart, Newby Hands, Noella Gabriel, Romy Fraser, Hilary Dart, Imogen Matthews, Liz Kershaw and Judy Deuchar.

SPECIAL INDUSTRY AWARD:  This award can be given to a man. Past recipients haveincluded Mary Brogan, Richard Bradley, Caroline Neville, Roja Dove, Per Neuman and John Frieda.

MEMBERS' ACHIEVER AWARD : Unique to CEW (UK), this was established to acknowledge and encourage women in beauty aspiring to the stellar status of our Achiever Awards recipients.  Past recipients have been Thea Callan, Jo Elvin, Margo Marrone, Nancy Cruickshank, Maleka Dattu, Sarahjane Robertson, Maria Hatzistefanis and Vanita Parti.

The Achiever Awards evening is held in October at The Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, with an attendance of 500 guests.

CEW(UK) Beauty Awards
CEW (UK) introduced the CEW Beauty Awards to the UK in 2006 to recognise outstanding innovation and creativity in beauty products. 
For the last two years over 300 products have been entered into the event . This commences with the Beauty Awards Product Demonstration Evening at The Royal Horticultural Halls. Here the product entries are showcased, and sampled by, CEW UK members. Members vote on line, and then finalists are announced in each category.
Winners are announced at the Beauty Awards Luncheon held at the InterContinental Hotel, Park Lane. This attracts  nearly 400 key industry decision-makers.

CEW (UK) Breakfasts
Breakfasts where leaders within our industry present to our members and their guests about their respective careers and current roles. 

Business Events: Including speakers, such as, Tyler Brule, Publisher of 'Monocle', a debate about 'The Entrepreneurs -Why The Beauty industry Needs Them' and,  an 'Editor's Debate -'Preparing for Today's Digital Space.

Women in Beauty Series Events:  Wendy Lewis spoke about ' Does the Facelift Need a Makeover',  Jo Fairley and Sarah Stacey on 'Green Beauty -Organics and Naturals', Barbara Daly -celebrating 30 years in the business and 10 years with Tesco and, Elizabeth Fagan, Marketing Director of Boots UK Ltd, about the Boots health and beauty business

Attendance at these events, which due to their popularity are almost always sold-out, is in the region of 175 members and guests. Goodie bags are nearly always given out at these occasions.

www.cewuk.co.uk is the website accessed not only by its 800 members but also a wide reaching  influential audience of those both directly and indirectly related to the beauty industry.  
CEW (UK) offers the opportunity for sponsors to post a logo on their homepage with a direct link to their own website.
