A Happy 20th Anniversary to CEW(UK) - a sentiment which I am sure is shared by all our UK members. We have come a long way since 1992 when the British branch of Cosmetic Executive Women was born. We are now part of a powerful community comprised of the top beauty professionals, with multi-generational members at all career levels. We have a strong and vibrant parent in CEW Inc. whose achievements should inspire all of us to greater things. CEW France have developed a unique and active philanthropic programme including its 13 olfactory workshops in hospitals where CEW volunteers help patients to improve their memory linking odours with life, feelings and emotions. This is to be applauded. Each CEW organisation is different, but, we all share the same philosophy to advance the professional growth and leadership development of women alongside a strong philanthropic activity. All of our programmes are structured to facilitate this, from Mentoring Sessions to the forging of new connections through our forums. We have a great year of events planned for you so take advantage of them. I would like to thank all members for supporting CEW (UK) over the years and hope that you will continue to do so.
