Can you bring Senior Management retail experience to KGA?

Following an internal promotion, leading UK fragrance distributor Kenneth Green Associates – a professional and friendly family business - has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager to join the team reporting to the Retail Director. The role is field-based although attendance at KGA’s Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey will be necessary so easy access to Weybridge is required.

The position requires close working relationships with KGA Directors, management and employees as well as senior store management and many other external customers.

The successful candidate will have:
• in depth understanding of forward thinking retail;
• excellent experience and understanding of working at a senior level with or in a department store environment;
• first class communication and negotiation skills;
• understanding of the psychology of premium consumer behaviours;
• proven multi-tasking ability and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
• beauty retail knowledge;
• a good eye for high level detail;
• experience of space planning and budget management;
• previous people management responsibility for a sales team;
• an ability to motivate and drive people, whilst also giving them autonomy;
• a full and clean driving licence.

As an individual you will need to be a team player who is flexible, enquiring, resilient, of a happy disposition, calm and professional in all your dealings as well as being highly organised.
